Refund Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
THE 13TH STATION sells digital content that is made available after payment. Because digital access cannot be physically returned, the following refund rules apply.
1. General rule
Except where required by applicable law or stated below, purchases are final once an access code has been issued or access to the purchased digital case has begun.
2. Refunds we may approve
We may approve a full or partial refund when:
- the same purchase was charged more than once by mistake;
- a technical problem attributable to our Service prevents access to the purchased case and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix or replacement access;
- a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Situations normally not eligible for refund
Subject to mandatory law, refunds are normally not provided for change of mind; dissatisfaction with difficulty, story, style, or estimated play time; inability to solve the case; failure to meet the stated device, browser, or internet requirements; issues caused by the user’s device, network, browser extensions, or third-party services outside our reasonable control; or access that has been suspended because an access code was fraudulently obtained, resold, publicly shared, or materially misused.
4. How to request a review
Send a request to japanese.game1234@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible after the issue occurs. Include the purchase email address, approximate purchase date/time, and a short description of the problem. Do not send full payment-card details.
5. Troubleshooting before refund
Where the issue appears technical, we may first offer reasonable troubleshooting, replacement access, or restoration of the access code. If the problem is attributable to our Service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, we will review the purchase for refund.
6. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank, card-network, currency-conversion, and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
